What is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA)?
A Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) is a firm engaged in the investment advisory business and registered either with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or state securities authorities. RIAs are required to act and serve the best interests of the client, eliminate or disclose any potential conflicts of interest and to render investment advice prudently and in the best interest of their clients.
What fees do you charge?
Our fees are based on a percentage of the assets a client entrusts us to manage. Please contact us for more details.
Why should I work with a fee-based adviser?
fee-based advisers eliminate the inherent conflict to recommend certain products or services that provide advisers with additional compensation. A fee-based adviser is in a better position to offer impartial investment advice in the best interest of its clients.
Where will my money be kept?
We never take custody of client assets. We use only unaffiliated, qualified custodians to take custody of client assets. Presently, our qualified custodians are Trust Company of America and E*TRADE
