Jason Hill

President/CEO

Jason Hill Has been in the financial industry for over 25 years, directly managing over $100 million in client assets. Beginning with two years in banking, then working his way into relationship banking, directly responsible for helping the banks client’s with mortgages, asset management, and advising customers how best to invest their idle cash. Jason then went on to work for Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones as an Investment Advisor and Certified Financial Manager, where he advised clients with various investment strategies. Jason decided to become an independent financial advisor in 2003 and acted as a portfolio and wealth preservation manager until 2016. Jason ultimately felt he could best serve his client’s needs by focusing solely on finding solutions to overcome the struggles of achieving an adequate retirement; acting in a fiduciary capacity for his client’s.

The cornerstone of his investment philosophy is one of risk management. Central to this philosophy is the vigilant recognition that losses hurt you more than gains help you. Finding creative ways to protect and grow the assets of his clients is Jason’s professional passion. He especially enjoys helping clients piece together the “puzzle”, that retirement financial planning presents, which is unique to every new client. He specializes in helping those who desire safe stable returns that deliver solid growth but want to see their principle protected with as little risk as possible.

Jason’s commitment to “educating” retirement age Americans about the options available to them and the risks that they will face in retirement has led to numerous endeavors. He has served as an instructor, teaching retirement classes at local universities and been hired to speak on retirement planning options for employees of publicly traded companies. Having worked within the retirement planning industry, dealing with pensions for a majority of his career; Jason is acutely aware of the pending, and potentially disastrous effects that underfunded pensions will present to retirees in the future. As a result, he makes it his personal goal to help retirees solve for this pending crisis, today, and thereby ensure they can attain their retirement goals, and enjoy the rest of their lives.

Jason’s responsibilities encompass all stages of retirement financial planning, including:  constructing Written Retirement Financial Plans for each client, “Income For Life” spreadsheets, risk analysis on their current portfolios, and client education.

Jason, his wife Ryan, and their youngest daughter work with their church in various roles. They serve on the usher team at their local church greeting and welcoming those coming to watch the service. They co-lead a life-group through their church and serve in a second. Jason and his wife are both community leaders for their church, helping support growth from others looking to lead in their community, by starting groups of their own. Jason and Ryan also serve their community by acting as mentors to others in need of marital, financial, hardship/abuse, and addiction mentorship. Jason also helps as a community leader for other mentors by supporting them in various areas, with the common goal of growth and effectiveness for their passion to help those in need.
